The sales person I dealt with, Paige, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am only filling this out because of her. I have deal with other sales rep in this store, in the past and I was not impressed. You need to hire more people like Paige.

Since I arrived at a good time I did not have to wait to enter the store. I was assisted right away. The sales person who helped me was very knowledgeable.

I only when in to have my Jewelry clean, and the associate was very nice and professional. I ask a few questions and she when to work, showing me a few different pieces of what's new, I had no intention of buying anything only to get my cleaning done and leave, but the sale person was so good I just had to buy something, and I LOVE it. It would be nice if I could remember her name.

Besides the ladies being extremely friendly they also helped me out with an exchange I had. They also informed me how to care for my jewelry. The ladies were very knowledgeable

This store had great charms to choose from. Customer service was excellent. My daughter was very satisfied with her birthday gift.

The wait was less than 1 min, the sale associated was great with understanding what I was looking for and even went the extra mile on making sure each gift was packaged neatly and added a note under the bag so I could know which charm was for who.

It was quick and easy. She was very knowledgeable about products and services. Plus I got the best gift ever for my cousin birthday

The associate was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She had a trainee with her and she was very hands on. She also explained in details the exchange policy if the item didn’t fit, the bracelet was a gift.
