Upon entering the store, I asked for help and was quickly greeted with a sales person. I asked to look at rings and was shown options right away. It was super easy to make my purchase.

Friendly face with outstanding service. All I has to do is an exchange and I was in and out. The best thing is everything was pulled up with my email address.

The wait time was very good and the sales person Linda was excellent knowledgeable customer service was awesome pleasant.

The sales woman is always nice and knowledgeable when I come to the store. She always offers to clean my bracelet without me asking. Whenever I have a problem with one of my charms she always helps me find a solution.

First of all, I looooved my charms and my bracelets. I saw them online and they were more beautiful in real life. I was surprised they had them all and also they showed me another one that was pretty too. Kim, the lady who helped me, she is so professional. She knows everything about bracelets and charms, she is so patient with me when I didn't know which jewelry to choose, she gave me a cute funny pack for my purchase, and she is also super nice. Please, hire more people like her in every store. We need more Kims to make the shopping experience so great. I will give 5 stars to Kim and the store.
