The wait time !!! The Manager Tanya has great customer service !! My sister had a horrific experience in the Coral Spring store !! The Westfield mall is the best . Also, Stacy is excellent associate! Pandora should be blessed to have exceptional employees in this crazy time. The franchise stores not so much !!

I came in the store because my lock Pandora bracelet kept falling off and it it was not for an elderly lady in Macys, I would have lost my Pandora rose gold precious moments that I created.
