Very happy with the service I received

I like my experience my sales rep was nice and friendly. With these mask you can’t see the smile but you can see it in her eyes. This was my first time ever purchasing and I enjoyed it.

Yesterday I went into the Pandora store in the Broward Mall, and the sales associates saw that my son and I walked into the store and they barely greeted us into the store "Saying hi from far when no one was in the store at the time when we walked in. It made me feel like they were already judging us on our appearance. Am sorry but you can judge a book by its cover we walked out buying 2 things. Next time when they see a customer come into the store they should greet them making they feel welcome and ready to sell.

Avery from Pandora in Broward Mall provided excellent customer service. She listened to my likes and dislikes. With that she was able to show me items in which I like.

I went for bracelet sale and it was wonderful. I am a pandora card holder and always get a call from Kimberly at Westfield Mall. And I got helped by Tania who helped me in line and as soon as my turn was up we completed order in store since I needed more items. Tania was very helpful.
