My experience there was great! My partner took me as a surprise for an early Valentine's day gift and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help, the staff member gave me a booklet and when I chose the one I wanted she, she went around looking for it and found the exact one! I was not able to get her name but she was lovely

I had to return a pair of earrings but was passed the return period but lady(i think supervisor)at store was very helpful and nice and allowed me to exchange for something of equal or more value

Stacy greeted me as soon as I entered the store, she was very pleasant, kind and not to mention patient, wish all associates were like her.

This is actually one of the very few locations in my area that are actually very attentive and friendly. The employee Angela was very friendly and moved quickly. The cleanness was great , she made sure to spray down surface as she was also very honest .

When I came in to the store to look at a bracelet for my mother, I was welcomed by all the ladies in the store. The customer service was great and I was able to get what a great gift.
