I placed an order online for Christmas but got my bracelet size totally wrong. Christmas is in 2 days so didn’t want ship back to return etc. I called store closest to me at Gallaria mall but they wouldn’t do the exchange. Pandora at Westfield mall was a bit further but I’m so glad I went. Friendly, easy, no issues and I get to wear my bracelet for Christmas!! Great customer service. Thank you 🙏🏽

I was very pleased with the service I received at Pandora the associate was very helpful and friendly. She let me make up my own design and helped me navigate the catalogue for pieces.
