The sales lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous. Store was impeccable in regards to cleanliness. Only gripe was that I have a toddler in a stroller and the store setup makes it very difficult to even get it inside or to a counter.

Even before the sale, I’ve always enjoyed my visits to this location. I expected them to be out of quite a few items. I was happy to still find something similar to what I was looking for.

I have been to other stores and I have to say that this store is my favorite. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. There is one particular sales associate that I love dealing with and will actually wait until she becomes available. Every time I visit the store, she not only remembers me, she remembers the items I have bought in the past. Now that, is customer service at it's finest. Her name is Stacy R...one of the best!!!

The associate was very knowledgeable of the merchandise that she sells. In addition, I was able to briefly explain to her what I wanted and she knew what I wanted. She was quick.

They associate came to me while waiting in line outside of the store and asked was I there to buy,return or just looking. I told her I was buying & she asked did I know what I was looking for,so I pulled up the pictures I saw online prior to coming there.She didn’t write them down but said she’d remember them & went to see if they had them all,so they had all except 1 of them.Then she took me to the kiosk & checked me out,I was so pleased that she remembered what I wanted & then she checked me out while others who were undecided or didn’t know what they wanted stayed in line. I was so pleased with the speedy/efficient service I just wished that all of your stores would implement this practice.
