I did not have to wait in line outside the store but was greeted and asked to come in right away The store was clean and brightly light and organized. Two girls waited on me and helped me to select a gift for my best friend and a purchase for myself also.

I came in to exchange a birthday gift i had recieved a week ago. The clasp popped off and was broken. I was easily able to return for another with my gift receipt with no issues. I even bought 3 more charms. This is my first time owning a pandora bracelet and I love it.

Associate Angela was extremely helpful. Offered to clean my Pandora necklace I was wearing. Sat outside the store and she brought the necklace to me and helped me put it back on. Sparkles and shines. She was so sweet and helpful!
