I went in with my daughter and had no plans to purchase anything, however the associate that helped my daughter was kind, very patient and knowledgeable she sold me earrings with ease.

Chloe was very patient and payed attention to my concerns in spite of the store being very crowded.

I went in and there was a couple people so we waited but as soon as each employee was available they managed to get to everyone as soon as possible. I was worried they’d almost act like they didn’t see all of us wondering around. The associate was so lovely she helped me stay in my price range and I was able to get 4 new charms and a free snowflake bracelet.

The sales person was very accommodating in assisting me since a problem with my bracelet.

Salesperson were super friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I went to pick up an order, I ended up spending several hundred dollars more due to the salesperson recommendation. I also wanted to pick up an additional gift and Heaven (salesperson) tried them on to see how they would fit my daughter who was a similar size. They clean my existing jewelry and even boxed up each piece separately as requested. This particular store is my favorite.

I have been a Pandora customer for the last 7 years. The only time I had a not so great experience was from a Penelope store. I have always had a great experience at a Pandora location. I love my pandora jewelry and plan to continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you!
