Sales person was knowledgeable. I purchased a bracelet during a vacation in NC, it broke within a few months. I tried to have it repaired at a Jared location, but the sales person was not helpful. I was sent to a Pandora store. The sales person was helpful and I made an additional purchase.

I am new to pandora and the people in the shop are so helpful and fun I love going to the shop. I am not big on jewelry but for some reason I am hooked on pandora . The music they play is always fun and everybody working there seems to enjoy their job. That makes the atmosphere in the store very inviting. Kayla C. Was SO helpful to me. She took my whole bracelet apart and rearranged all my charms so that they look way better than I could have made them look all by myself. She was helpful without making me feel stupid. She seemed genuinely happy to help me and happy for me. I'll be back for sure
