Very satisfied with the patience the store manager had with me. I had a hard time deciding on what I wanted. She was very helpful.

It was my first time in a pandora store,it was easy to find what I was looking for the the person who waited on me was very helpful and easy to talk to.

Service is excellent and the staff makes you fee like visiting with a friend

Due to sale that was going on there was an abundance of customers in the store. The employees handled it really well by all them at one point acknowledging that they would be with me as soon as possible. The only thing with the sale was they didn’t have the charms I wanted but the assistant manager Clayton recommended several to me and I ended up purchasing those instead. So I would state overall my experience was a very positive one.

I was buying some of the new spring collection. Everyone was so helpful. I was able to take advantage of the buy more save more sale.

The sales associate (Aiyana G.) that worked with me was very personable. We also had a connection; I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and she is attending there with the same major. She even connected and played with my two year old daughter. She was super friendly with my mother, daughter, and myself. Aiyana also shared with us that she was travelling to Jamaica (our hometown) doing missionary work and we were so excited to share a little of our culture with her!! I wanted to buy a bracelet for my daughter as well and she found bangles that would fit her along with a charm that was one of her favorite. I enjoyed shopping with her and hope that she will be there for a while as I intend to go back and purchase more jewelry from her. Aiyana definitely knows and understands how to connect, value, and treat her customers!!

I was in a hurry to pick up a gift for a luncheon. I called and the sales associate told me the best place to park to get to their store front. Immediately upon entering I advised I was the one that called and thought I knew exactly what I wanted. I had to Sales Associates working diligently to get me together and out of there with not one but 2 gifts! I was not late to my lunch and my people loved what I did for the,.

I was picking out a present for my wife's birthday. The ladies at he store were her helpful in finding out what she liked to help select the best charms. Great experience.
