I was greeted the moment I walked in...they where readily available to assist me...they notice something was wrong with one of my bracelets and exchanged it for me without me asking...I love Pandora and will be back soon

I’m a chemo patient and she was very aware of my needs as I get tired quickly. She couldn’t have been more patient and understanding. This was my first outing in a while and I really enjoyed the experience.

Salesperson was wonderful in finding the exact charm I wanted and also informed me of free cleaning which I was unaware of.

I went in with specific questions and they were answered. The sales person made suggestions which helped me make my decision. After I finished shopping she cleaned all five of my bracelets and made them look like brand new. Very satisfied with my shopping experience!!

Well when I first arrived in the store there was a customer and then after 2 minutes, a load of customers came in. I was trying to rush my Clayton H told me that there is no rush and to take my time because I was there first and I was his priority at the time...I felt very royalty because you don't find that too often, especially in retail and I know because I work for Macys in the same mall. Clayton helped me build my Disney Mickey and Minnie bracelet and I just love it!! Thanks for all of your help Clayton!!
