The store was very clean,organized and well lite. The sales clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable of her store and merchandise. I’m a chemo patient and she was very aware of my needs as I get tired quickly. She couldn’t have been more patient and understanding. This was my first outing in a while and I really enjoyed the experience.

I went in with specific questions and they were answered. The sales person made suggestions which helped me make my decision. After I finished shopping she cleaned all five of my bracelets and made them look like brand new. Very satisfied with my shopping experience!!

Well when I first arrived in the store there was a customer and then after 2 minutes, a load of customers came in. I was trying to rush my Clayton H told me that there is no rush and to take my time because I was there first and I was his priority at the time...I felt very royalty because you don't find that too often, especially in retail and I know because I work for Macys in the same mall. Clayton helped me build my Disney Mickey and Minnie bracelet and I just love it!! Thanks for all of your help Clayton!!
