I love going to the Short Pump store. They are so friendly and know that I collect MickeyMouse so they always letting me know when new charms are coming. They always offer to clean or redesign my bracelets.

The lady that assisted my fiance and I at the Short Pump store in Virginia, was very nice. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Everything that I saw online she found in the store for me. My fiance purchased everything that I wanted and the saleswoman made the experience great. She even wished me a Happy Anniversary as we left the store.
