I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile and courteous salesperson. She was knowledgable of the pieces I needed. Was not hurried in the time given to me.

This store always has the item we are looking for and the staff is very knowledgeable of their product. They also make suggestions that are so helpful.

I loved the faceted heart charm for Valentine's Day. I love the earrings that match my ring. I love the pendant that completed the set.

The moment I stepped foot in the store, the sales associates were so warm and welcoming! There was a small wait, but everyone was pleasant and the sales associate tended to each customer with genuine concern and care. The wait was not long at all. I talked to 2 sales associates directly and they both were very kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and just friendly. They never tried to push a sale or product on me that I wasn't interested in. They allowed me to try on things to see if it was the right fit, if I liked it, etc. Overall it was a great experience. I visit this store often, and I will keep coming back!

Kayla was very helpful & incredibly friendly. She was fast & knows the products well. This location is lucky to have her. She even took the time to explain how the store was about to relocate to a temporary location while this store will be renovated.

Because I explained 2 associate what I was looking 4 and she was a great help
