There was a wait but we moved quickly when I did get to see an associates. She was very friendly and nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

First of all, I love when they take our names. Second I love when they show the merchandise and explain in details. Third sometime if the store isn’t busy we sometimes talk about each other charms.

When I came in the store, I wasnt aware that I was supposed to sign in. I just went to the registered to make an exchange. One of the workers was very rude and said something I did not like. However, I had shopped there within the last 30 days, and the assistant manager remembered me and apologized and treated me with so much respect and kindness. He went above and beyond to make me feel better. I have to say that was an example of real customer serive and I will share that with all of my friends and family.

The store was very busy because it was December 23rd. Overall, a very good visit considering the popularity of the store on this date and time.
