Charlene J, was very quick to greet me and listened to what i was looking for. Having just lost my son this was a bit emotional for me and she was very gracious as i was trying to pick out beads for my sons girlfriend for this Christmas. She was working with me to find the right beads and truly listening to me as i was also trying to find the correct gift Her kindness and knowledge and suggestions were wonderful and she is definitely an asset to your company.

The staff was attentive to my needs and what I was looking for. Even with the store being busy she made me feel like I was the only one I the store. Her knowledge of what I was looking for with a very vague description was incredible.
