I was looking for more tiny charms for my locket. The salesperson had many goog ideas. I wanted it to be Christmas like and she was a great help.

Excellent customer service and great deals

Even though it's the holiday season and with the promotion at the time the wait wasn't too bad. The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. I was super excited to receive the discount on a necklace that I have wanted for a while.

Very nice staff and easy process of returning my items

Sales Associate was very knowledgeable about merchandise. She pulled out all Xmas charms for my bracelet for me to see. I also left 3 of my bracelets to be cleaned & when went to pick them back up they insisted on putting them in a little Pandora pouch & told me not to keep brackets in the box unless I left the box open. All very polite & greeted me when I walked into the door of the store. Will definitely go back.
