My husband and I were shopping for a Christmas present for my Frozen themed bracelet which was a safety catch. The sales associate was very helpful and showed us several types to choose from. We found the perfect one.

I was greatly surprised concerning the Hugh assortment of charms to select from. Your staff was very professional and I was very well pleased with their service received and knowledge concerning the Hugh selection on hand. Although the store that I made my purchases at had a waiting line due to a shortage in staff, but I was assured by the manager that my wait would be short and that I would be seen shortly and I was. I was the third person on the sign in listed, and no one left and the wait to me was well worth it. I was kept informed concerning my wait and I did appreciate the service.

Everyone was very nice and persuasive. The Black Friday sale was amazing (buy 2 get 1 free). I got myself, my daughter, and my granddaughter a ring for a low price! Amazing!
