Although they did not have the size of the ring I was looking for, (Fairytale Tiara ring) there was the Fairytale Sparkle pointed out to me that I would not of picked up myself, but I did really like when I put it on after it being suggested by the associate. The associate picked up on my style immediately and was able to suggest not just that ring, but also new Disney charms that she thought I would enjoy as well. I was very pleased with the assistance.

Susan S was great! She was very enthusiastic about the product, and was very patient as I tried to make my decision. I will return to the store for additional charms for my 'Christmas bracelet' It was a pleasure doing business there. I will be returning soon. Thank you.

The ladies at the store where very helpful and knowledgeable, I felt very happy that they had patience with my son who had no idea what to get his girlfriend for her birthday, Kayla showed us all the options that she had for birthday and girlfriend. Experience was great.

The sales associate was extremely nice! She did not rush me, and I was able to explain to her my mothers desires and she helped me find the perfect charm for my mothers bracelet! She was thorough, and I will be back!

We previously visited about 2 weeks ago to have a bead replaced that has lost pieces. The sales woman, Susan, could not locate our purchase in the system. They had us listed several different ways. We purchase all of our beads at this store. She said she could not replace the bead unless we had a receipt proving that we bought it at that same store within one year. We were quite dissatisfied with the lack of service. We searched through all of our receipts at home and could not find it but we found a copy of our bank statement and our budget showing the purchase. When we returned last night Charlene helped us out and had already replaced the bead with a new one on my bracelet before we could even explain. She was amazing! We ended up buying an additional bead to add to my collection. Charlene was professional, very courteous and DEFINITELY enhanced the reputation of Pandora.
