T he assistant manager was who helped us and he was great very helpful and he knew the products that he sold.

My boyfriend and I were highly satisfied being helped out by the staff. They were attentive, kind and not pushy with sales. I got to try on various different ring selections without staff having an attitude. I will definitely come back to this location!

I returned to replace a dangling charm that the bottom piece fell off. Store no longer carries this charm however the assist mgr advised I would receive credit for the charm to use toward a future purchase. I ended up purchasing a safety chain, 2clips and 2 spacers. My experience was a good one.
