I love going in there because everyone is always so nice and very personal with everyone they work with. I never have issues when I go in this store.

My sales associate Whitney was very helpful. She ask if i wanted my 2 pandora bracelet clean. She express her concern in make sure my charms wasn't damage and the importance of cleaning them.

I came to complete a return having just left the location at Stony Point, where they were not as warm and welcoming and made me feel as though I was a criminal of some sort even though I had a receipt. They told me all I could get a was a store credit to use at their location even though I paid for the item and had a receipt. I was able to complete my return at Short Pump with no problems and even ending up purchasing $400 more in merchandise. The group at Short Pump seemed to genuinely care when I was at a point where I was about to be done with Pandora period. That location has a customer for life.

I needed to return an item. Prior to visiting this location, I was closer to the store at Stony Point. Even though I had a receipt, the associates there made me feel unwelcomed and really like I had stolen the item. I went out of my way, but had such a warming welcome at the Short Pump location, that I returned the item, but spent $400 more. The service level was like night and day between the two locations. I will never visit the Stony Point location again.

The clerk who assisted us in Labor Day at Your short pump store in VA was not only courteous and knowledgeable, but spoke from the value of her own experience with the products and informed us of better ways to preserve the life of the bracelet/charms.

It wasn’t the sales associations that were bad at all they were very nice. But it was the options in store that weren’t the best. I feel like there should have been a more wide range of options.
