The sales associate was very rude and not welcoming at all. It seemed as if it was such a bother to help us, she barely talked to us. She honestly looked very annoyed.

Availability of all the items we purchased was not clear. I set pick up in a store an hour from here so that I could get everything at once, and also because some of the items were not available online. When we got to the first store, they were out of one of the charms, she checked with the other store across town and they had it - she asked for a hold. COMPLETELY satisfied with that transaction given the circumstances. I would have liked to have known that I needed to hit the other store for that charm because I could have gone there before the other one and avoided a lot of traffic and having to wait about 15 minutes to be helped in the second store. The website is buggy and it takes a long time to load - I was on a wired gigabit connection - in looking at my online order, it shows the charm as part of the order, although it's not in the total. These little details made my typically enjoyable Pandora experience not so great. First world problems for sure, but there is room for improvement.

Lady would not pull out the tray of charms got me to choose from or be able to view for myself. Acted like it was a secret or that I was going to steal something. I had to ask to see too many things instead of being able to view for myself.

I was very disappointed that if all the charms you have, that you only have ONE cross charm. I had to choose a heart charm in order to have a cross engraved on it. I believe that you should have a simple cross charm available in all 3 metals.

The first associate that helped us was very friendly and helpful. When we can back the girl could have cared less. Not friendly at all.

I was buying a charm for a gift and I had a friend with me who have never purchased. I told her before how if there’s a problem with any items that pandora would try to fix it. My bracelet comes lose and opens up I told the girl who water on me and she advised me to take it Nextdoor to a jewelry store That was unacceptable to me.

The associate was not friendly and seemed irritated that I came into the store to do a simple exchange for a piece of merchandise that had a malfunctioning clasp and I had my receipt. I would have visited the location I made the purchase with but they closed before I could make it there. Despite her attitude I still remained friendly but I will not revisit this location also the young lady that was already helping folks did not greet me when I entered the store.
