Pandora Jewelry

I normally find shopping in this Pandora store a very pleasant experience. Darren , the store manager is alway very polite and makes me feel like a very valued customer. I needed to repurchase a lower cost item (a charm) that was very recently purchased so that I could benefit from a $10 survey coupon by putting all of the items on one receipt. It was then my intent to return that same item that I previously purchased. I was warned to make sure I brought back the original item rather then return the exact same newly purchased charm. How very mistrusting and insulting. I then went all the way home to get the exact same earlier purchased charm to bring back to return. I did not walk away feeling like an appreciated customer. Darren is always so friendly and I have known him for many years as far back as when he was at the Stoney Point store.

The agent said she couldn’t let in my gift card and the reader wasn’t reading the magnet strip

The sales assistant knew her job. She was very efficient, courteous,and professional.

Not enough workers to help with everyone in store, so it took longer to be helped.

I was not "highly satisfied," because the staffs action are all predicated on selling me something, so that is the reason they are nice. I would be "highly satisfied" if someone goes above and beyond. The service I received was very good, but nothing exceptional.

I have been wanting to visit a store for quite sometime. I was out shopping at Short Pump Town Center and happened upon a store. It was so convenient so I decided to take a look. I was satisfied with service and purchase

The store is really small. Not many options when it comes to rings. The lady at first was not very helpful untill I bought something.

I feel like the associate was only pulling out a few pieces she wanted me to see. I know there were more than two trays of charms I could of looked at.

We had to wait for a long time before being seen. With all of the people in the store there was no where to stand except off to the side. Once we spoke with an associate it was great.

The saleslady was very aware of the merchandise and how it would look on the bracelet.
