Any time you spend the amount of money that i do some kind of discount should be offered....this one purchase was well over $500.....at least a 10 % off purchase should be applied

The line was extremely long and it was so cold outside. When you finally get inside you don't look around to shop you just tell an associate who or what you're looking for....

The location is small so it was difficult for not only customers to come in but even the staff had to be mindful of themselves behind the counter.

Some people don't tell all the sales they have in the store or what is going on but of then that it was ok

Sales associate should not imply there are too many charms to browse. In store browsing should be allowed. It was better than online where they promise a sale they won't deliver.

I made a purchase on 10/15/21 and spent $196.10. There was a survey to be taken and I would receive $10 off my next purchase of $100. I couldn’t complete the survey because it asked for an 18 digit code from my receipt. My emailed receipt had a longer and different code from a paper copy. I brought this to the attention of my sales associate on 11/5/21 when I made an additional $106.00 purchase. He never suggested giving me the $10 off when I did my part in trying to complete the survey. It is Pandora’s error in having two different codes on their email vs paper receipt. SO NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!☹️

I felt a bit rushed. The sales assistant was lovely, but didn’t really give me time to look by myself. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I would have liked a bit less pressure, and time to look.
