Not only did Nicole help me again she remembered me from my last visit and she asked if I had received my Pandora account card. I was able to explain my issue and we compared it to another bracelet and solve the problem. I was also able to get the 3 additional charms I needed. I left smiling from ear to ear.

All the reps were busy so we had a wait. Not sure how long it was. It probably felt longer than it was.

The store was roped off so only a certain number of people could walk around and look. The sales associate was not helpful. The sales associate did not know much about the jewelry.

The charms that I wanted were not in the Short Pump store in Virginia. I now have to go to another store in Stony Point to purchase the other charms that I want.

The only concern I had was I had a coupon for $50 off $100 purchase or more and because I did not use it within 6 months it was not valid. But I got the promotion right before the pandemic happened and for the store not to honor to was a bit concerning.

The ladys in the store was very nice and gave all the information to me I needed. The only Suggestion that I would make is to Pandora the company itself is if they could have more charms or figurings catering to other demographic backgrounds

I felt like it's hard to visibily see all the products that are offered due to the display. You have to know what your looking for in order for a salesperson to pull out the case. If I could see all that's offered, I may purchase more.
