I was satisfied with my visit. I purchased what I wanted & right now my Pandora bracelet is complete. That’s why I may not be back soon, but you never know

I was satisfied. My sales representative was very nice she helped me with my bracelet and actually showed me some things on clearance I was really impressed because no one ever did that before

I told her what I was looking for and she presented me with 7 charms to choose from different shapes, colors, and things I thought she would like.

The person I worked with didn’t really listen to my requests. I knew exactly what I was looking for and she just kept showing me items I did not like nor want. It felt a little to pushy this visit for me. She also wasn’t that friendly. She seemed to be focused on telling her boss “something I forgot to tell her I sold months ago.” Of course I love Pandora but if that would have been my first experience I do not think I would come back. Sad to know that customer service wasn’t all that I hoped it would (especially when I made a special trip 45 min from my house to visit the store).

We had to wait outside of the store due to the COVID - 19 CDC guidelines , which were out of store associates control. It was cold, but they attempted to get customers in and out at the same time.

No one really greeted us when someone walked in the door and since we were corralled in it was pretty easy to spot when someone entered. There also seemed to be no sense of urgency to the people who were done working with someone and were cleaning up.

Overall a good experence and liked the personal help but maybe some more feedback on how some of the extra items would make a difference.
