My husband and I were shopping for our daughter’s birthday gift. We had to wait 20mind to get waited on. We already prior coming to the store due COVID limitations. Sue, was very nice but had no knowledge of prices and location of the items. My husband was looking for a certain ring for our daughter, but Sue has to look in books instead. As they carrying around the iPod. They should be able to scan the barcode on items customers might have question on. I think this will be a lot easier, and get customers out faster. My husband had research everything prior to coming, and he feels that was a waste of time.

The first associate did not have much of a personality. The second associate was awesome!

I wished I could looked at the items in the tray above the glass. I understand why but it made it a little harder to decide what I wanted 😕 🙃

I was satisfied with most things, I did feel that I was being rushed to make a purchase even though there was no one waiting. I was also disappointed that the charms online (on sale) where not available in the store for purchase.

My experience at Pandora was good. But each time I visit I find myself liking less and less of the merchandise available to me. The jewelry quality and lack of attention to detail overshadows the service provided by sales associates.

At the time I went in the store I looked down at my arm and saw that my bracelet had came apart, one of my charms was on the floor and the other one was missing. After retracing my steps and being unsuccessful with finding the charm instead of showing some type of compassion the sales associate just jumped right into selling me another charm to replace the one I lost even after telling her I was just in there to exchange the one I bought online.

I wish they had a better selection when it came to grandmother charms.

I really was satisfied. But sometimes it gets really crowded in the store that you can’t really look around. You guys need to make a bigger store and have more employees.
