Pandora Jewelry

Store was very busy. Sales associate were not sure who was next to help. Also the store is small and not easy to move around

It was a sale so understandably a lot of the items on my wish list were sold out by the time I got off work and arrived at the store. There could be a better cleaning process of the actual jewelry however. I got my bracelet and current charms cleaned and a few pieces were still dull/dirty. Wish they used a small cleaning brush to actual get down in the crevices. Also wish there were Pandora Bracelet bag for storing at home.

The sales associates were great. I bought my mother in law her first Pandora bracelet and charms. The sales associate put the charms on the bracelet along with the love connection chain which was to keep the charms from falling off. When she opened the bracelet everything fell off the bracelet. Needless to say we were searching for everything.

Sales associate not sure if they had a two different rose gold charms I was looking for. Another associate had to tell her it was in selected stores. Very crowded but made the best of it.

Actually I was very satisfied with the service and the staff. My only complaint is I wish the sizes were larger.

I was mostly satisfied with my shopping experience. Unfortunately, 2 charms I really wanted were not in stock. One of the associates was very knowledgeable about everything, while the other who was assigned to me seemed to not know much, or she was new. Regardless, I happily left with 2 charms for my birthday.

I love it..

My experience was fine. Sales person was great. I don't buy much jewelry and her help was especially rewarding.

Prices are too high. You are not allowed to view full tray on counter.There are not enough good sales.

The item that I wanted was not in stock and had to be ordered.
