The sales rep gave me the wrong charm. I knew I should have looked closer. I dont even want to exchange it out for the right one because I already needed to exchange the ring size I bought. When I went to change the ring, the sales rep. made me feel belittled. Next time I will order online.

Not enough worker in the store to help. For the Christmas maybe can have some gifts for the customer. Big sale can make customers want to spend more money.

Waited a while to be helped. One sale’s associate said she would be right with me but started to do something else. So I had to find another sale’s associate to help me with my purchase.

I wanted to exchange a broken item I received as a Xmas gift with out my receipt and the Short pump store, Richmond, VA refused to exchange without my receipt. This was obvious this is a Pandora product it is broken. The store should have exchanged and sent back for repair. Poor customer service.
