Pandora Jewelry

I have a pandora bracelet that is very high value to mean and also sentimental charms to me my children give me on special occasions or when I visit different places I get a charm . But it is so pricey and there is never no percentage off or no deals or never no sales. I feel like every time I go into a pandora store there is no customers or very desolate because of no sales

There was a long wait before I was assisted

The service received was nice and courteous. Gave me suggestions other suggestions for merchandise that was not in stock. They were out of grand children charms do to Mother’s Day had just passed and were waiting on orders to replenish supplies.

My "not Highly Satisfied" rating was not with the store but the product itself. I had to go in because I had an original style bracelet that fell off and was lost already; this particular time is because my new bangle opened and lost beads. The cost Pandora charges items should be made better and if it's known that these bracelets open easily clips should come with the bangle and safety chains should come standard with the original style bracelet. Disappointing to say the least.

The staff was kinda rude in a way.

It was very busy and crowded. The staff did well maintaining the masses but it was still very hot and noisy.

The person on the floor who was taking reservations; looked at my daughter and I and put two people ahead of us.

Only 2 people were working and once I started getting helped a lot of people came in that had to wait about 30 minutes to get helped because the 2 associates were busy helping someone else. The associates were great but I know how I’d feel having to wait 30 minutes

I came into Pandora today looking for two very specific charms - a key and a microphone which I wanted to purchase as gifts. Unfortunately this particular Pandora store did not offer either of these items. This is the reason for the Satisfied rating.

I felt the sales associate used high pressure tactics to sell the product. I also felt she was deceitful in changing the price of the minimum amount you had to spend in order to get a big prize from the big box. She asked another sales associate several times and she told her a higher minimum price and then it ended up being a lower price than what she told me originally. That made me think she or they were being deceitful so I could keep spending more for a higher commission on her sakes.
