I frequently visit this location in particular because of the service received. I appreciate the knowledge of the sales representative. I am generally in and out with a smile. Keep up the great work!

Visited this store during the Christmas Holidays. Very Busy. What could have helped is to have one person on cash register just ringing up people who knew exactly what they wanted. In stead on making them wait for people who were browsing...

My visit to this location was due to the Christmas holiday season. The store was small and crowded. The wait was very long

The store is just very small. There was a lot of people in the store at one time. very hard to move around.

My only, slight, issue with this Pandora was that the store was HOT. I can understand the need for it to be comfortable since it was cold outside, but it was very hot in the store, so much so that my friend had to step outside to stop sweating. Also, the iPads were malfunctioning so it took about 15 minutes just to be checked out because the rep tried the iPad over & over before realizing that the better option was to use the register. And the 3-part register checkout was extremely tedious!

While there were many sales associates in the store to help, the volume of customers made it quite a wait to purchase.

Even though the quality was superb and the help was perfect, the price was a lot higher than expected. If there were deals available (like buy two beads, get the third half off or get your first Pandora piece 20% off) it'd be awesome. However, there were no such sales like that going on at the time I went. It was a very special purchase for me, but without lower prices, I would be hesitant to return.

The item i wanted was out of stock and i had to received,one that was on display. It was cleaned and packaged for me, but i felt a discount should have been applied to my sale.

The store seemed to be a little small. It was hard to maneuver without fear of knocking something over. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful though.
