The store is too small.

The store is rather small and there is always a wait for service due to the high traffic. If the store were larger it would be able to accommodate additional staff.

It was very busy the day I was there so the visit took longer than I expected.

I did not recieve a box or bag with the ring I purchased..

Great staff and plenty of options to choose from.

I bought a charm they didn't have it new and the saleswoman was upset because I asked her to clean it

Felt like we were an inconvenience that the sales associate. Was made to feel like we were there to steal the merchandise. Will never go back to this location ever again will do my shopping online so I can’t be judged.

One of my charms came off my bracelet and I was able to save it. The ring I could not find though. Why doesn't Pandora have rings that can reattach the charms to the bracelets? The associate said he would sauter the new charm I had to purchase and I could use that but when I took it to get it fixed in the mall it wasn't cut and had to pay them $35.00 to do this and to hook it to my bracelet.
