The first time I went to the store the person who helped me was matter of fact and not the most helpful. I went home to research what I wanted online and made an online order. When I came to the store the second time, I picked up my online order and got another set. That salesperson was helpful but before I left, she told me if I was thinking about other charms I should come back before they closed that evening. I decided I did want more, and I went back. I watched the two salespeople (including the one who was not helpful the first time I went to the store) look at each other when I walked in and one of them said "and it's almost 5:00". I ignored it and waited for them to help me. I ordered what I wanted and thankfully was helped by a third salesperson. Emoni was great and I got what I found online and was out of the store pretty quickly after the initial wait. No customer should feel like a burden just asking questions to know more about their purchase. While I can be somewhat indecisive, I am far from a problem customer, and I've spent plenty in this store.

Pandora should do a better job of showing options. Everything is locked up and I felt like I was shown what the sales person wanted me to see based on a price point. I do like my charms but I would organize things better so that the customer knows what all the options are. If there are hundreds of charms how come I was only shown a few??

The store was empty of customers when I arrived and the assistant was quick to serve me. She did not offer any service or engagement outside of giving me what I asked for. I could not decide between 2 styles of ring and I was hoping for advice and she gave me one word answers. She wasn't rude or unpleasant, but I seemed to be an inconvenience for her and I got the sense that I was keeping her from something she considered more important. Also, when I got home I decided I wanted the other style of ring also, so I ordered it from Amazon instead of going back to this store. If she had been more engaging, I most likely would've purchased this item while I was there, in addition to the $100+ I already spent. I have another Pandora nearby and will shop there in the future. While I would recommend Pandora, I would not recommend this particular location.

Not enough snow globes and candy cane/gingerbread men to go around. I got there in plenty time, early on, and couldn’t get them. I only needed of 2 each.

The closure on the bracelet I received for Christmas was jammed and could not be repaired or exchanged. And so I had no other alternative but to purchase another bracelet.

The sale associate demeanor was quite displeasing. It was my first time in the store and I was sure on purchasing something. But the in store experience will not be recommended
