I understand because it was black Friday there was a delay entering the store. The counters were not being cleaned between customers. I saw no one sanitizing their hands before handling merchandise. I mentioned it to sales person that there needed to be more space and cleaning, she told me the store was cleaned in the morning. My visit was at 4pm. I was not happy. I am a COVID survivor and have seen much better cleaning done in stores that were busy as well.

I said I am not satisfied or dissatisfied, it was my first time at the store its Christmas season was looking for a gift for my granddaughter I thought she will like a bracelet I wasn't inspecting or even hearing what music was playing all I needed was a gift.

There was an issue with my bracelet and it is still not fixed. The associate tried to fix it and she did for a minute, but when I got home the problem returned forcing me not to wear something I have paid for.

I collect charms in the City I travel to, so it was an easy sell.. I bought 2 charms in 2 different Cities (DC and Richmond) both time it was not busy. It's the 1st time, that a sales associate, does not offer to clean my bracelet and re-arrange the charms.. Also I have 2 bracelets and purchased many charms to both my niece and daughter, I have easily purchased over $2000 worth.. I believe there should be a loyaulty points system. Thank you

I was looking for a few things. The store had two of them and did not have the third, which was an August birthstone charm for a charm bracelet. There were three different birthstone charm styles. I liked two of them and the August birthstone was not available in either. I asked when they expected to have it in stock and the answer sounded like deliveries of out of stock products are very uncertain. They could not tell me when.

We were ask to sign-in, waited and they did not use the sign in sheet. Once brought to associates attention she disregard me as a customer and I had to wait until the walk-in got service that did not sign in before I got any service. No apology offer.

I TRAVEL OVER 50 MILES FROM CHARLES CITY WITH ALL THE PROPER PAPERWORK AND RECEIPTS AND WAS DENIED REFUND/EXCHANGE. UPON MY SECOND VISIT WITH THE SAME PAPERWORK AND RECIEPTS---MY REFUND AND PURCHASE WAS COMPLETED WITHOUT ASKING FOR THE ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD AND THE MANGER STANDING NEARBY. IT SEEMS CERTAIN REPS TREAT CERTAIN CUSTOMERS A CERTAIN WAY FOR REASONS I DON.T WANT TO MENTION!!!

very unhappy with this pandora store. all 3 sales people very unfriendly and not helpful. i felt like i made a mistake coming into store. and should of ordered online. next visit i will travel out off my way and visit store at stoney point mall. i am hoping staff will be friendly and interested in me coming into store to shop and maybe buy. it has been a while since i made a purchase and wanted to try bracelet on to see how it fit and looked. i was going to leave store but i really wanted a new bracelet so i stayed. very very unpleasant experience and will not return to this store at short pump mall.
