Coming into the store the employees looked at me funny and there wasn’t a pleasant greeting but when the next customers came in they were greeted soon as they walked in the door, the employees were very jolly towards them and was eager to help them. I guess I looked poor as if I didn’t belong in a store such as Pandora. I will not be returning to that location, I’d rather shop online.

When I picked up my order it was not ready and the it was missing the free bracelet. When I asked about it she had to go talk to the manager which informed her they didn’t have any more which should have been on my confirmation email and I would have gone to another location. They offered a couple of cheaper bracelets as a replacement. I should have just canceled the order then but I didn’t. I just want you to know that I have done a lot of business with you and this put a really bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Sales associate was very quick and restless to be done with us. She insisted my bracelet should be smaller but I prefer it to be loose.

The sales person's customer service was poor, she was very impatient, becoming annoyed. As I being a loyal customer in 13+ years, I have never encountered with a sales person such as her. Although I was highly dissatisfied with her, that will not drive me away from shopping at this location.

We had to come back 3 times because there were not enough sales associates working. The manager did not even acknowledge the people in the store and we and 3 other people ended up leaving the store. We did go back and I had a 10% birthday coupon and she would not let me use it. She said that it was for on line only. I work in retail and if there is an online promotion we always honor it. Her attitude was not welcoming or helpful.

I went to Pandora for a new bracelet because my last bangle broke, I went in and found a new bracelet for my charms and picked out a couple that I loved, I gave my charms to another sales Rep and asked if they could be cleaned, when I received them back they had not been cleaned and were covered in what looked like glue, but could’ve been something else, I ended up taking my charms somewhere else to be cleaned and they did clean them and they were dirty and told me that the sale rep did not clean them and shouldn’t look the way they did after the cleaning. I will not be returning to this Pandora.

I felt like the sales associate was not that friendly. It almost seemed like she did not want to be there. Was hoping for a more welcoming energy.

Didn't have what I seen on your internet, daughter had to return charms within 5 mins of purchases and I explained the type of bracelet she had that is why she gave me the wrong charms.

I found my sales associate to be very rude. Making unnecessary remarks, while she was very pleasant to my friend. I just felt like the treatment that we both received was very much different. I’m unsure if she truly meant it to come across that way but it did.
