The sales associate was not friendly. She barley spoke when I came in the door. There was no conversation about the what I was looking for. She just placed stuff in front of me and said nothing

Sales associate was not friendly seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else besides the store. They were rather busy at the time of my visit but I expected a little more friendly on Valentine’s Day!

Entering the store, an associate greeting from behind the counter asked what brought me in, at this point im behind a standee which separates from the store. I proceed to move forward and the associate said to me "hold on im coming" and kept tending to her previous affair at this point im the only person in the store. The associate approached me and come to find out this is a sales team leader. I asked to see birthday charms. I am a very frequent pandora shopper as I have bought so many bracelets and charms being I have five daughters and my wife has three bracelets and necklace almost full. She seemed to only want to pull out charms from the case vs pull out the tray..I shop pandora all the time so I know she should have. Then she didn't even know some of the charms were for birthday as I did because I bought so many. She wasn't polite or friendly at all ..Definitely my worst experience at pandora and I won't be returning to this location ever. I will drive further just to get better customer service. This was not the pandora experience that im used to.

I am satisfied with the service received from the associates inside the store; however, the whole order online, pick up in store process was not very customer friendly. First of all, I was only given 5 days to pick up my order, which is not a very long time in my opinion; we should at least be given a week. Also, after contacting the store to extend the time allotted for pickup, I was told they had no way to do that. Then after being told that I had until the end of the day on the 5th day to pick it up, I left work early to do that only to be told when I got there around 4pm, that the online system had cancelled my order already, and that I would have to repurchase the item at the non-sale, current price. Luckily, after explaining the whole situation to the associate/store manager, he was able to give me the discounted price. This whole method of operation for purchasing online and picking up in the store needs to be changed and be more customer service friendly/oriented.

The short pump location is a great location. Clayton and Katie was phenomenal. I am very disappointed however, I had purchased a necklace and charm, and the necklace broke. Pandora does not sell the set anymore, however, they do sell the necklace. Within 30 days of purchase the necklace should of been replaced. I was given the choice to repurchase it, but why would I do that when the other broke; that policy puts your sales rep in a bad situation, but it is not his fault. He was still great and I still purchased some items I had my eye on, but Pandora needs to replace my other necklace ASAP.

I've visited Pandora's on-line website, as well as three different stores (one in Florida and not during the holiday period). All had limited stock and what stock you had was for children, REALLY! Why did Pandora eliminate the travel charms? To be frank I'm sorry my husband and daughter started this charm bracelet for me because it appears most of the charms they were going to purchase for me or I was excited to purchase have been discontinued.

I hate the way the store is set up. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy and told them that but still you have to wait around while other people work with associates trying to figure out what they want. It wasn't even that crowded but I didn't appreciate having to wait around in order to spend money in the store. There needs to be a way to get in and out if you know what you're looking for.
