I was making the purchase & the sales associates was talking more to the person with me than to me. Then my receipt was put into the other persons name.

I purchased a gift daughter for my daughter but it had to be activated. The store called it in and was told they will call me back. my daughter was nit ablr to use her gift card at the time of purchase. I had to buy it with my money. It has been 4 days the company who issues Pandora gift card still has not calked me back. Very unhappy customer.

Not at all an optimal shopping experience. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable and I had no problems with her. They way the store is set up is not shopper or even associate friendly. If I asked to see something she would have to go digging for it through plastic bags. Really?, plastic bags. I’m paying $100 for a ring and she’s rummaging through plastic bags? Tacky. Talk about devaluing the merchandise. The process to forever because of this. I don’t think I’ll shop in store again.

Where are the pandora charms? I own 3 bracelets and now there are no charms? I feel very disappointed in your company; it's like you completely changed business models and left me behind.

Salesperson could not find my product even after calling before I arrived. The salesperson was not friendly. The survey coupon for 10.00 off could not be used because it was over 6 months which is NOT stated on the receipt. I am very disappointed and feel that your company should have stated it on the receipt. This is very misleading.

I feel that his store is always over crowded, it should be in a bigger retail space. The charms. jewelry is overpriced. there was not enough choice for what I was looking for (wanted an engagement ring charm but there were none)

I purchased the bracelet as a gift and wasn’t able to return it because I was outside of the 30 day window. I live out of state and am in the military so I couldn’t make it in and there was zero consideration.

My sister and I visit the store and there were two women that spoke with us. Both were extremely rude one had braids the other hair was burgundy heavy set female. There was an issue with a bracelet and they both were very rude to us in the way they spoke to us and we stayed calm and respectful as if we were not the customers. They were whispering and had a sidebar in front of us regarding who purchased the bracelet. The experience almost made me not make a purchase. Every time I visit this location the associates are always extremely rude.
