All associates were busy, so I stood to wait for next one for about 5 minutes. Other shoppers walked in and associate went right to them to help. She didn't ask who was next. After checking them out, she helped me if that is what you call it. I knew exactly what I wanted, but then saw promotion of buy 2, get 1 free. I asked to see charms. She refused to pull trays out to let me see selection. She stated the categories, but I asked to see and she refused. She should work somewhere she takes orders, rather than sales. I would have bought more, but I couldn't see all the pretty selections. She had a nasty attitude and she was very ugly to me. I will go to Penelope to buy my next Pandora things. They were closed today and I needed a gift for tomorrow. My sales associates name badge showed her name as Heaven. She does not represent your company well at all. What a shame!

Someone bought me several beads and brackets. I was not able to extange the bracelet for the correct size that fit and was told they are no longer making the brackets since it was a special sale they could not exchange for another

Sales associate was extremely rude, she did not want to pull trays of charms for us to look at…instead she handed me a paper catalog. She talked to her coworkers like they were beneath her as well.

My 16-year-old daughter and her best friend went into the store to purchase matching rings. The sales associate attempted to sell them rings that were too big. When my daughter asked for smaller sizes the sales associate said they did not have any but never looked. My daughter persisted and asked a second time and at that point the sales associate actually looked and found the same rings in a smaller size. Unfortunately my daughter didn’t share the story until that evening and when I checked to see how the ring fit her it was still slightly too big. We are returning to Pandora to exchange the ring for a smaller size but we will be visiting the stony point Pandora as we do not wish to go back to the short pump store after the experience.

Lead sales associate was not friendly. This was my first experience with Pandora and she made me feel like an idiot because I didn’t know what I wanted.

Because I was lead to this store because of 2 emails that said I would get 20% off and a free gift if I spent so much money. Then I found out it was a lie! So now I'm mad about my experience but I still wanted to make my wife happy. Your false advertisement really makes me furious!
