Heaven was great

Upon entering the store I was greeted immediately and ask how I could be helped. Heaven politely introduced herself. She was extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise and I told her what was looking for. She was extremely fast and efficient on helping me decide on a bracelet for my girlfriend who is starting a new job. She showed me charms that I could add or purchase that were meaningful as a gift. I felt no pressure to buy and was shocked at the customer service I received. I will be visiting Heaven again in the future to add to more charms in the future.

Pandora Employee Heaven located in Richmond Virginia at Shortpump Town Center was so patient and kind to me. She never once got flustered when the item I was exchanging was not available and she also promoted clips to go on my first ever Pandora bracelet. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She deserves a promotion ASAP!

I believe her name was Karissa but she was amazing and gave me good options and good opinions. The store was clean and everything was nicely placed.
