From the time I entered the store I was pleased. I was acknowledged even though both associates were assisting other customers. Heaven came in and instantly greeted me and helped me with my purchase. She was awesome! Great staff!

The sales person was very helpful and patient, knowledgeable about new charms and pendants. She also advised me on how to store my jewelry when I'm not wearing it, no one ever told me that which is a life saver to me.

the salesman (darren/daren) was extremely friendly, calm, patient, and helpful. he was able to provide thorough feedback and answer all of my questions. he was also not pushy which kept me engaged with the purchase.
