The sales associate Franchell was dynamite in her product knowledge. Her quality of service was the best I’ve experienced in all the Pandora locations I’ve visited and purchased from. She cleaned me and my sister’s bracelets and we didn’t even know that was a free service with our items. I will only go to the Short Pump location and ask for Fanchell. A1 experience!
