The associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and went over all options for a graduation gift for my daughter. I was very pleased!

From the moment I walked in the store, I was greeted by the sales associates and asked how they can assist me. Zahura was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable & had a great sense of humor. Chloe was awesome as well! She cleaned my bracelet back to new 😊. I will definitely be returning and hope these 2 ladies are on shift when I do.

The sales associate Nicole was very helpful. She was friendly and knowledgeable . She and the other employees made the experience delightful .

Shopping online for the charm I wanted was very easy. The staff in the store were very friendly and knowledgeable. She even talked me into buying an additional charm in order to get the free bracelet.

Christabelle was an awesome associate. Very friendly and had great patience with me. I only came for a few items but with her personality I walked away with 6 items. You need more associates like her. Thank you for such great customer service ♥️

I love pandora because it’s always the same great customer service no matter which location I go to . They are very nice & know everything about the products … They care for your product the same way they care for their owns. Everytime I go this one young lady always offer to clean my charm bracelet which she doesn’t have to . So I love love pandora & i plan to return next week for more charms lol .

Advice was given in how to keep my charms looking their best. I have a Disney theme bracelet and charms were suggested to complete it. Safety claps were suggested so I won’t lose charms when I take it off
