I purchased a bracelet for my girlfriend this past December which had the button clasp, however the clasp quickly became loose so the bracelet would always come undone and fall off my girlfriends wrist. I took the bracelet back to see if I could return it but It was past the return date. This was my first time getting a Pandora bracelet. Ms. Franchell was very helpful in recommendations for my 1st bracelet. She was patient and kind. This visit was a birthday present for myself.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and a sales associate helped me within minutes of entering the store. I wanted a particular heart ring and it was not in the display with the size I needed so she searched through the store to find the ring. Very pleased with the service.
