I visited the Short Pump Mall location yesterday. Darren, assisted me as my clasp had broken on my bracelet. He offered to look at it and if it could be fixed, he’d do it for free. After a brief assessment, he confirmed that he could repair it, which made my day because I had intended to purchase a new bracelet. Now that repair was done, it left me money from a gift card to purchase the Black Panther charm I’d recently seen online. So overall, it was a double win for me with my bracelet fixed and a new charm to take home in my collection. Thank you for the stellar customer service and friendly energy!

I was looking for an item that is no longer available but the store representative was able to help me find a suitable replacement quickly. The customer service was great!

Franchell was excellent! She listened to what I wanted and she gave her point of view. She was able to get me the charms and even had my bracelets cleaned prior to putting the new charms on them!

I felt like VIP at this location.The staff here is super friendly and was patient with me while I made up my mind on what I wanted. Daiesha and I even share the same name. The manager he was super welcoming as well! I wish I got his name. I literally had the store to myself and they both took their time to help me build my dream bracelet. Although I left with just my two Daisy charms it was an amazing experience and I plan on coming back for the rest of my bracelet and charms. I’m happy with my experience. I love Pandora! I can’t wait to get the rest of my items I’m sure they’d both take good care of me again!
