Friendly staff and clean store

This visit was just to support my friend and her daughter with their purchase. After watching Darren and seeing his knowledge of the merchandise and how willing he was to meet their needs, I decided to look around. I ended up finding pieces that I really liked. I bought a beautiful ring that day and will return for a bracelet soon. Thank You Darren!

Store associate was very helpful and able to solve a problem I was having with a charm bracelet. She was concerned about it and quickly remedied the situation. She assured me that if I experienced the problem again, to just come in and they would be glad to help me.

I was greeted and acknowledged upon entering the store. The sales associate, who was also the store manager, was very helpful, patient and gave good suggestions on the Pandora products. I was adding to an existing piece of Pandora jewelers.

I came in to purchase a necklace and Nicole was very helpful in showing a few different selections. She was very knowledgeable in the different styles and helped me choose a charm also that was perfect for the necklace. I also picked out a bracelet. Nicole was amazing and patient with me. I felt good about purchase after all it’s my birthday.
