The lady that I talk to and helped me she was very nice very sweet and patient with everything I wanted to look at. I asked her questions and she knew all the answers right away and she gave me a couple of minutes to decide what I want it I didn’t feel like I was rushed

During my visit, the engraving system was updating. During the waiting period, the sales associate showed me other merchandise for future purchases. She helped make the waiting period go by fast and gave me ideas for my next purchase.

The associate was very nice, friendly and cleaned my Jewelery without me really asking. She made small talk and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase
