I was extremely satisfied with my visit today at Pandora because the associate was courteous and made me feel welcome. That set the atmosphere. She was extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry an aexcellent sales associate.

Well as we all know we're in the mist of the holiday season. With that said there is greater demand and larger crowds at the stores and the malls. The Pandora I went to in Richmond, Va did an admirable job of controlling the overflow crowd, and getting everyone service. Applauds to that store, awesome job.
