Everyone was friendly and willing to help me. When I couldn’t find what I wanted they helped me find other options.

The customer service was really good. Waiting outside was somewhat different. Once we got in the store it was amazing the manger was so good with giving us information. My opinion I think the store should be bigger not a lot of room for the employees to move around. The experience was great my wife really was so excited about her purchase. As a husband I didn’t know what to expect so the prices was a little shocking at first but the quality was superb. Once the manager explain that to me I didn’t care what the price was alone as my wife was happy.

The associates and store manager at short pump mall in Richmond va are always nice and courteous. I shop a lot at that store and online. I had a 2 charms that wasn’t a great fit and was exchanged with ease. I love that store. I shop at pandora at least once a month.

Sales personnel was very professional and knowledgeable of Pandora merchandise. She was very patience in providing items I requested as well as assisting me in other selections.

Very pleasant helpful, help pick out items that complimented me. Not just things I suggested. Love the input and help. It’s so much to choose from that sometimes it can be overwhelming, so that was a plus that she gave suggestions!

I went in to look for a ring for my mom and was surprised with the selection they had. The lady that helped me was patient and kind. Helped me a lot since I'm only a young boy hahah.

Sales associate was attentive. Sales associate was knowledgeable of the merchandise. Availability of the merchandise was very helpful. The store needs to be larger so it allows space for merchants to move around.
