I had my eyes on this specific gift set but wasn’t sure if I should make the purchase, however when I went back and spoke with the sales associate she changed my mind and that’s pretty hard to do sometimes lol so that fact she was able to do so make me happier about my decision.

I was looking for a specific item and the sales associate was unsure if it was in stock. The store manager came to us and found the item we were looking for and provided excellent service. 100% recommend this store and its associates, they work hard together as a team and provide an excellent experience to its customers.

It saw clean and easy to navigate

I had a family emergency while in the store, Yoshura was very kind and patient with me through out the duration of my transaction! Her compassion was expressed verbally and physically numerous times! I greatly appreciate the empathy and EXCELLENT customer service she gave! Thank you Yoshura( I maybe spelling her name wrong but I’m sure she is the only associate in the store with a name close to this)

I went into the store knowing what I wanted and was able to show the associate a picture of it on my phone. They checked their stock and knew they had the item, but since it wasn’t in back stock, they had to search the cases on the floor which was extra effort on their part that I appreciated. They located the item on display band I was able to leave with the ring I came in for.

Daren the store manager was great!! He really took his time with us and made us feel comfortable. He was very friendly. We will be back to see him.

Franchell was a really big help at the Short Pump location. I had received a bracelet for my birthday that was too big and she ensured I left with the proper size. She also recommended clamps to keep my charms from falling off.

My sales person we knowledgeable, she was quick to show the items I was looking for and explained the features on them. Excellent customer service!

I was greeting upon entering the store. The sales associate asked what I was looking to purchase and then immediately showed me choices. I was given suggestions on the type of items to buy so my bracelet would fit and present well on my arm. Very helpful

This wasn’t my first or last time shopping at this location. Nicole has helped me several times and is always great. She makes suggestions and answers all questions I have
