The gentleman who helped me was very pleasant, not “hard sell” kind of person, which I like. He was patient as I looked around.

The lady was patient and kind and helped me find what I was looking for. I had questions and she answered them the best she could. When the stack rings I want only had one she helped find a replacement one that I like more

First, the salesman acknowledged me upon entering the store. He was courtesy and knowledgeable of requested products. I was able to add another charm and spacers to my sister's collection.

The representative assisting me was very friendly and provided recommendations that fit my style.

The store manager was excellent! He greeted us with a pleasant smile & help us immediately! He was knowledgeable, friendly & so helpful! I would recommend this store & manager !

They quickly took care of my issue and provided suggestions that accurately matched my style and interests.
